KH Forged Adjustable

Now entirely one-piece hot forged

Clever extrusion-forged design provides strength and high adjustability.  The adjustment mechanism does not get in the way of gripping the saddle on the side. The seatpost section is now entirely one piece forged - no welds or bonds.  
Sizes: 350 mm length, 27.2 mm or 25.4 mm diameter.

KH Forged Fixed

Now entirely one-piece hot forged in 27.2 mm size: no welds

Lightweight and strong, KH fixed posts (27.2 mm) are now entirely forged in one piece - no welds or bonds.   The post-plate join at the top is kept smooth (e.g. no sharp ribs to smack your fingers during flatland riding) and the thicker, butted collar below the plate adds reinforcement but also lets the seatpost be lowered close to the seatpost - an advantage for shorter riders.  The 25.4 and 22.2 mm posts have a one-piece forged top piece that is bonded and double pinned to the seatpost tube for strength.
