In the last few years, Kelly Hickman has emerged as one of the most determined and skilled street riders, dedicating huge amounts of time to the pursuit of difficult tech and big street.

When did you start unicycling and why: I saw Kris Holm on “You Gotta See This” and thought it looked fun. I then got one as a birthday present on my 13th birthday, and been riding every since.

Why do you like to ride: For a lot of reasons. The challenge, the fun, and just wanting to be different. Unicycling has a lot of potential and it should be viewed more mainstream than it is right now.

Other Interests: Hanging with friends and basically life in general.

Any Words of wisdom: Never get intimidated-When a big trick is there get on the uni, crank the music, feel confident, and just go for it.
